You may cancel your order, as long as it hasn't already been shipped. Please either email or call 800-748-3357 to let us know what you wish to cancel.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with everything that you order from Independent Photo Tech Service. We guarantee a 97% refund (minus initial shipping, handling and insurance charges) for all unused products returned to us within 15 days of purchase.

For a refund or exchange, simply contact us by phone at 800-748-3357 or email and let us know the reason you wish to return the product.  We will go out of our way to ensure that you enjoy our hassle-free return policy. We will then give you special instructions which may include insuring the return shipment and packing in a manner similar to how it was shipped and acceptable to UPS shipping guidelines for insuring the shipment. For refunds, your account will be credited upon receipt of the product.
